We''re looking for someone who is already confident managing the pressures and deadlines of a high-volume weekly payroll, processing pay for up to 300+ employees.The role of Senior Payroll Administrator / Payroll Officer will include:Processing a weekly payroll of up to 300+ employees from start to finishChecking timesheets, hours, overtime, bonuses and deductionsProcessing starters, leavers and employee changesCalculating holiday pay, sickness and statutory paymentsProcessing PAYE, NI, pensions and other payroll deductionsResolving payroll discrepancies and employee queriesCompleting payroll reconciliations and reportsEnsuring payroll is accurate and completed to strict weekly deadlinesWhat we''re really looking for Senior Payroll Administrator / Payroll Officer:Proven experience of high-volume payroll processingExperience of running a weekly payrollStrong end-to-end payroll knowledgeGood knowledge of PAYE, NI, SSP, SMP, pensions and deductionsConfidence dealing with timesheets, overtime and variable payExcellent accuracy and the ability to work to tight payroll deadlinesSage ..... full job details .....
