Senior Payroll AdministratorSalary: Up to £35,000Location: Newton Abbot (Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days home once trained)Contract: Permanent 37.5 hours per weekSystem:Sage 50 highly desirableThe RoleManaging a portfolio of end-to-end client payrolls across weekly, monthly, director, bonus and commission payrolls.Handling RTI submissions, auto-enrolment, BACS payments, year-end processes, HMRC and pension queries while building strong client relationships.Providing accurate payroll advice, resolving client queries and ensuring payroll compliance with current legislation.Working within a busy payroll bureau supporting a varied portfolio of clients.Ideal CandidateMinimum 2 years'' payroll experience, ideally within an accountancy practice or payroll bureau.Confident processing multiple client payrolls from start to finish.Experience with RTI, pensions, auto-enrolment, BACS and payroll legislation.Sage 50 experience is highly desirable.Strong communication, organisation and client relationship skills.BenefitsHybrid working (after initial training period).Flexi-time.Generous annual leave with additional days based on service.Healthcare cash plan, wellbeing support and employee discounts.Funded professional development and training.Employee referral scheme.Interested?
