Based at its headquarters in the Crumlin area, this organisation has built a strong reputation within its industry and offers a supportive working environment, excellent benefits, and opportunities for ongoing professional development.Your New RoleAs Senior Payroll Administrator, you will take ownership of end-to-end payroll processing across both weekly and monthly payrolls, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with all relevant legislation and HMRC requirements.Key duties will include:Processing weekly and monthly payrolls, including new starters, leavers, SSP, SMP, SPP, and pension auto-enrolment.Managing payroll and time and attendance queries within strict payroll deadlines.Creating and processing BACS payment files and ensuring all approvals are completed within required timescales.Submitting payroll returns, pension contributions, and statutory payments accurately and on time.Completing year-end payroll processes, including P11D reporting.Maintaining up-to-date payroll records and ensuring compliance with current payroll legislation.Acting as the primary point of contact for employee payroll queries.Performing payroll reconciliations and supporting the finance team with payroll reporting ..... full job details .....
