Senior Payroll Administrator Location: Taunton Job Type: Permanent Full-Time Salary: Competitive, depending on experience A well-established and growing professional services business is looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Administrator to join its busy payroll team. The role will involve managing a portfolio of outsourced payroll clients across a range of sectors, with a particular focus on supporting the continued growth of NHS and medical payrolls. The Role You will take a senior role within the payroll team, managing payrolls from start to finish and acting as a key point of contact for clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their payroll requirements, provide advice on payroll processes and statutory changes, and ensure payrolls are processed accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities Processing multiple client payrolls across different frequencies. Managing payroll from start to finish, including RTI and HMRC reporting. Processing pensions, deductions and statutory payments. Producing payslips and ensuring accurate payroll records. Advising clients on payroll legislation and statutory changes. Managing and developing strong client relationships. Supporting the wider payroll team and sharing knowledge and best practice. Working with NHS and medical clients where required.
