Senior Pavement Engineer

We''re looking for a Senior Pavement Engineer to join our Birmingham Highways Interim Services Contract team based at Thimble Mill Lane, Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key member of our Asset Management Team, leading the development and delivery of highway maintenance, resurfacing, and improvement schemes that enhance the local road network. In this role, you''ll take projects from initial concept and feasibility through to detailed design and implementation, applying your technical expertise to deliver practical, sustainable, and cost-effective pavement engineering solutions. Working closely with a range of stakeholders, you''ll play an important role in shaping the future performance and resilience of Birmingham''s highways infrastructure. A full driving licence is essential, as you''ll be required to visit project sites and attend stakeholder meetings across the network as needed.
