Senior Parts Advisor

Salary: -26,000 - -29,500 OTE up to -32,000

Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm (1-hour lunch break)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the Parts Department.
• Support and mentor the team to achieve departmental targets.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and maintain brand standards.
• Monitor and manage stock levels, including accessory displays and returns.
• Liaise with suppliers and negotiate with non-franchise parts providers.
• Drive trade sales and prospecting activity to generate new business.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to provide a seamless customer journey.
• Identify training needs and contribute to recruitment and development planning.
