Senior Partnerships Manager, Tax Information Reporting at Taxbit. Taxbit is a Software-as-a-Service platform enabling compliant digital asset tax reporting and accounting. The role focuses on developing, enabling, growing, and expanding tax information reporting partnerships in the United States and internationally. As an Individual Contributor, you will own the success of channel account management and help Taxbit scale through partners contributing to partner-influenced revenue.Responsibilities

Create and execute Big 4+ Partnership Plans: co-create annual partner plans with OKRs and KPIs, driving meaningful results.Facilitate Partnership Enablement (Big 4+ and Information Reporting Partners): own regular touchpoints, QBRs, and enablement activities across partners.Capture Partner-Influenced Pipeline: educate and activate partner teams to recommend Taxbit in RFPs, gap analyses, and client proposals.Monitor emerging in-house initiatives and position Taxbit as the infrastructure of choice.Build Influence Across Service Lines: cultivate relationships across tax, advisory, digital assets, and managed services to increase client project visibility.Team Structure and Global Alignment: report to Global Head of Partnerships, drive partner expansion, coordinate with SVP of Tax, EU Partnerships lead, and Head of Partnerships for unified global execution.Essential Requirements

4+ years of direct experience with or for an accounting/consulting firm (Big 4 preferred) or a major service provider in tax/financial reporting.7-10+ years of overall experience in fintech, technology, or related field with emphasis on partnerships or business development and driving referral business.Ability to travel as needed for partner meetings, conferences, and internal engagements.Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) for pipeline tracking and partner management; familiarity with digital asset and blockchain concepts.Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or CPA is a plus.Professional Qualifications

Deep Understanding of Accounting and Tax Ecosystem: Big 4+ and regional firms, service lines, client engagement models, procurement processes; IRW vendors familiarity; regulatory landscape in digital assets and cross-border compliance.Partnership Management Expertise: ability to build, nurture, and scale strategic partnerships with large, complex organizations; co-create and execute joint business plans with measurable OKRs/KPIs; run partner enablement programs and QBRs.Business Development Acumen: success in identifying and converting partner-influenced pipeline; ability to educate and activate partner sales/advisory teams; defend against build risk by articulating external infrastructure value.Strategic and Analytical Thinking: analyze market trends and partner ecosystems; develop long-term partnership strategies; data-driven performance optimization.Communication and Influence: strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with senior executives and cross-functional teams; effective written communication for proposals and enablement materials.Personal Characteristics

The base salary range for this role is $118,000-$143,000 GBP. Incentive compensation, equity, and benefits may apply. Actual compensation varies by location, experience, level, and qualifications.Disclaimers
