Reporting to: Regional Partnership Manager
Location: Northampton / Corby
Salary: From £32,000 per annum (competitive depending on skill set & experience)

Due to growth across the Midlands, we are thrilled to be recruiting for a Partnership Executive to expand our East Midlands prescence. For the right person, with substantial experience, we are able to offer either a Senior or Principal role.
As a Partnership Executive, you will be the key account manager and first port of contact for some of our key accounts across Northampton. You will work alongside the wider East Midlands team to enhance our partnerships with Primary, Secondary and SEN schools by providing outstanding service to our clients. This is an account management role and we are looking for applicants who are able to build relationships, maximise accounts and thrive running a fast pased, temporary recruitment desk.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage relationships with a portfolio of schools
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders through regular communication and on-site school visits
- Provide an excellent candidate journey for all candidates
- Effectively manage a high volume of both long term and day to day vacancies
- Build a strong pool of experienced and vetted candidates ready for placement
- Conduct interviews with prospective candidates
- Work alongside the team to develop candidate attraction techniques and provide an outstanding candidate journey
- Work collaboratively with our partnership agencies to ensure that School requirements are met
- Deliver excellent service to facilitate outstanding relationships to our clients
- Deliver a 90% fulfillment rate to allocated accounts
- Work with candidates, suppliers, clients and internal colleagues to ensure candidate quality aligns with company expectations
- Work collaboratively with internal employees such as Resourcing & Compliance support
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 12 months experience in education recruitment
- An understanding managed service solutions
- Demonstrated success in providing outstanding customer service
- The ability to problem solve and navigate through challenges effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- A full UK driving license and willingness to travel across the region as required
- Motivation and drive to grow with the company
