We are seeking an individual with outstanding leadership capabilities to propel a significant brokerage on a global scale, merging the nimbleness of an independent broker with the strength of an international enterprise.Our client, a global specialty insurance broker, is dedicated to achieving superior outcomes for clients and retail broker partners. Their philosophy revolves around providing an unparalleled service proposition, supported by specialised advice, claims advocacy, and a continually evolving operating platform to enhance efficiency in risk placement and fulfilment.Responsibilities

Establish and expand the US Construction division and lead the development of a global construction insurance platform.Manage a PandL with a track record of delivering profitable growth and profitability for an International Construction insurance unit.Innovate and develop the business platform to meet current and future client needs, balancing nimbleness with scale.Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to drive growth, service quality, and risk placement efficiency.Qualifications

Proven experience managing a PandL with expert knowledge and a successful track record in leading an International Construction insurance unit.Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to propel a brokerage on a global scale.Contact
