Senior Partner Manager

We are seeking a Senior Partner Manager to join our Finance function. The role focuses on building healthy supplier partnerships, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, and using contractual knowledge to ensure the best commercial outcomes for GoFibre.
Responsibilities
Develop GoFibre''s supply-chain strategy and processes for partner selection, evaluation and contracting
Own the onboarding and in-life management of our build partners
Manage the supply chain contractual relationship to drive performance, compliance and commercial outcomes
Drive continuous and sustainable improvements in value, compliance, cost and quality
Enhance contract and descriptions to reduce ambiguity
Collaborate with Operations to develop commercial dashboards to highlight, investigate and reduce commercial loss
Interpret data to provide insights into performance, required action, and manage escalations and dispute resolution
Make GoFibre the partner of choice by creating joint-value propositions and establishing a broad network of suppliers
What You Will Bring To The Role
Partner management or procurement experience within telecommunications, utilities or construction
Ability to manage multiple high-value contracts (£5m+) and multi-year infrastructure projects
Extensive knowledge of contracting processes, in-life contract management and cost management
Ability to interpret data and draw conclusions from multiple sources
Ability to facilitate and chair meetings with senior stakeholders

Salary: £60,000 – £70,000
