Senior Paraplanner Location: Liverpool City Centre (Hybrid Working Available)Salary: 50,000 - 60,000 (dependent on experience)Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm An established and growing financial planning firm based in Liverpool City Centre is seeking an experienced Senior Paraplanner / Chartered Paraplanner to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Chartered professional who enjoys high-quality technical work and is ready to take on a team leadership role within a collaborative, values-led business.The RoleYou will take responsibility for providing comprehensive paraplanning support to Financial Planners while also acting as a team leader within the paraplanning function. This role offers genuine influence, autonomy, and the chance to help shape processes and standards across the team.Key Responsibilities:Producing detailed, compliant suitability reports covering pensions, investments, protection, and estate planningUndertaking complex research and cashflow modellingSupporting Advisers with high-value and technically complex casesActing as a technical reference point for the paraplanning teamMentoring and supporting junior and mid-level ParaplannersReviewing paraplanning output to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistencyContributing to the development of systems, processes, and best practicesAbout YouChartered Financial Planner status (or demonstrably close to achieving)Significant experience in a Senior Paraplanner roleStrong technical knowledge across ..... full job details .....
