Senior ParaplannerLocation: Leeds (Hybrid available after probation)Salary: Flexible (DOE) + Bonus + BenefitsJob Type: Full-time, PermanentAbout the RoleAn established, independent financial planning firm is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Paraplanner to join its growing technical team.This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong paraplanner who wants to play a more influential role - whether that''s mentoring junior team members, shaping processes, or progressing towards an advisory position in the future.You''ll be working with high-quality clients on a holistic planning basis, supporting advisers with complex cases across pensions, investments and protection.Key ResponsibilitiesWriting high-quality suitability reports and financial planning documentationProducing and maintaining detailed cashflow modelsSupporting advisers with technical research and case preparationProviding responses to complex client and adviser queriesAssisting with ongoing portfolio reviews and planning strategiesSupporting and mentoring junior paraplanners and team membersContributing to improvements in templates, processes and technical standardsKeeping up to date with industry and regulatory changesAbout YouMinimum 3 years'' paraplanning experience within a financial planning firmLevel 4 Diploma qualifiedStrong technical knowledgeExperience writing detailed, client-facing reportsConfident using Excel and financial planning toolsA proactive and collaborative approachWhat''s on ..... full job details .....
