Senior Paraplanner

A highly regarded international investment management and financial planning firm is continuing to expand its UK advice function and is seeking to recruit Desk-Based Advisers / Paraplanners at varying levels of experience to join its established London team.The firm manages circa £100bn of client assets globally and provides regulated financial advice to high-net-worth private clients across the UK and Europe. The London support function currently consists of over 60 professionals covering all areas of Financial Planning and Portfolio Management.This is an excellent opportunity for experienced paraplanners or desk-based advisers looking for long-term career progression within a growing, well-resourced organisation.The RoleThe successful candidate will sit within a UK advice and additions team, providing FCA-regulated financial planning advice and technical support across a wide range of client scenarios.Depending on experience, the role can be more client-facing or more technical/paraplanning focused, with flexibility for the right individual.Key responsibilities include:Conducting fact-finding calls with clients to understand objectives, financial circumstances, time horizons, and cash flow needsAnalysing client portfolios to determine suitable asset allocation recommendationsReviewing and advising on pension transfers, investment bonds, taxation, and account structure suitabilityAssessing the suitability of pension transfers and bond surrendersPreparing detailed ..... full job details .....
