Senior Paraplanner

FindCore are thrilled to be assisting an established independent wealth management firm with the recruitment of a Senior Paraplanner.Permanent position. This role will be based in the company''s central Leeds office. SalaryFully negotiable, depending on experience and capabilities + discretionary bonus + private medical insurance + additional benefitsKey ResponsibilitiesProduce accurate and compliant suitability reports within agreed timescales.Conduct detailed technical research across financial-planning products and solutions.Assist with the preparation of client portfolio reviews.Respond to technical queries from clients and Financial Advisers.Produce detailed client cash-flow models.Support advisers with complex pensions, investments and wider financial-planning cases.Assist with maintaining and updating the firm''s preferred provider panels.Monitor recommended providers, products and investment structures on an ongoing basis.Work with the Technical team to update standard reports, recommendation wording and advisory tools.Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge across all relevant areas of financial advice.Produce technical bulletins and updates for clients and professional introducers.Provide technical guidance and training to other members of the team.Ensure all advice documentation meets regulatory and internal compliance standards.Work closely with Advisers and administrators to ensure cases progress accurately and efficiently.Skills and ExperienceMinimum of three ..... full job details .....
