Are you an experienced paraplanner looking to take your career to the next level in a dynamic and client-focused financial planning firm? We''re recruiting on behalf of a well-established, independent advisory business with a growing client base and a reputation for excellence.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative team supporting two senior advisers and a junior adviser. You''ll be exposed to complex financial planning strategies, investment research, and portfolio management, with a clear pathway to advance into either a senior paraplanning role or an advisory position over time.

Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare suitability reports and ensure compliance standards are metConduct product and fund research, including sector-specific analysisSupport client meetings and follow-up documentationAssist with portfolio reviews, valuations, and meeting preparationLiaise with providers, clients, and internal teams to manage pipeline businessMaintain accurate client records and CRM systemsProvide technical and administrative support across the team

Experience and SkillsMinimum 3 years'' experience in a paraplanning roleStrong understanding of financial planning, personal tax, and investment marketsProficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)Experience with Intelliflo, Voyant Cash Flow Modelling, and FE AnalyticsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and organisational skills

QualificationsCII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent)Working towards CII Level 6 Advanced Diploma (or equivalent)
