Senior Technical Paraplanner £45,000-£55000 Gloucestershire Hybrid Working This is a senior technical paraplanning role within a highly respected Financial Planning firm known for the depth of its advice work, long-term client relationships, and consistently high technical standards. The focus here is not volume-driven paraplanning. It is detailed, technical financial planning work supporting complex client situations across pensions, investments, retirement planning, and protection. You will be working closely with experienced Financial Planners in a collaborative environment where paraplanning is a core part of the advice process, not a back-office function. The firm works with a broad range of private clients, including high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, and places a strong emphasis on quality of outcome, technical accuracy, and long-term planning relationships.
