About the Opportunity:
You''ll play a pivotal role in supporting a team of highly skilled advisers, while also mentoring and developing a talented team of Paraplanners. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape processes, champion best practice, and make a real impact in a business that values your expertise and ideas.

What You''ll Do:

• Lead and enhance technical research, report writing, and process improvement to boost team efficiency.
• Mentor, train, and support Paraplanners and Technicians, from induction through ongoing development.
• Oversee workflow, ensuring all work meets FCA and compliance standards.
• Stay ahead of industry changes, updating suitability templates and ensuring advice remains current and compliant.
• Conduct in-depth technical research and analysis to support advisers and deliver outstanding client outcomes.
• Prepare cashflow modelling and suitability reports for a range of financial planning scenarios.
• Draft clear, compliant suitability letters and ensure timely delivery of all client documentation.
• Support advisers with technical notes for client meetings and, where appropriate, attend meetings to provide expertise.

What We''re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a Paraplanning role, ideally with team leadership or mentoring responsibilities.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK financial products, legislation, and compliance requirements.
• Experience preparing cashflow models and suitability letters.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive approach to process improvement and a commitment to high compliance standards.
