The role offers flexibility, strong team support, and the chance to develop within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.The Role:Managing a caseload of Employment Tribunal claims from inception to resolutionAdvising clients on employment disputes and legal expense insurer mattersDrafting pleadings, witness statements and settlement agreementsNegotiating settlements and instructing counsel where appropriateSupporting non-contentious employment work, including contracts, policies and advisory workProviding practical and commercial advice to clients, including telephone guidanceParticipating in business development, client training and legal updatesEnsuring compliance with SLAs and maintaining accurate case management recordsBilling and file management responsibilitiesAbout You:Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, FCILEx or equivalent experience (Senior Paralegals also encouraged to apply)Strong employment law knowledge with ..... full job details .....
