Senior Paralegal - Residential Conveyancing Location: Farnham, UKSalary: DOE An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Paralegal - Residential Conveyancing to join a busy and rapidly growing conveyancing team based in Farnham.Our client is a well-established and reputable firm offering a supportive team environment and a competitive benefits package. You will be working closely with and supporting experienced fee earners on a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters. This is a full-time office-based role offering excellent long-term prospects. Key Responsibilities will include:Full range of administrative and paralegal support including opening files and ensuring complianceManaging and responding to calls and providing updates to clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitorsDrafting contract packs and preparing Completion Statements (COTs)Dealing with post-exchange administrationCarrying out final searches, lodging SDLT returns and AP1sDealing with Land Registry requisitionsAudio and copy typing, dictation and diary management The Candidate:Previous experience working as a Paralegal / Legal Assistant within Residential Conveyancing is essentialGood working knowledge of conveyancing processes and proceduresExperience with Tikit Partner for Windows would be advantageous but not essentialExcellent client care skills with enthusiasm to deliver a great client serviceHighly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage your own time, ..... full job details .....
