Senior Paralegal - Agriculture (Non-Contentious)

We''re now looking for a Senior Paralegal with solid experience in agricultural and rural property work to join our expanding team.

About the Role

You''ll be a key part of a thriving department, supporting and running matters involving:

Support our experienced team in acting for farming families, estates, and agri-businesses on a range of matters with a key focus on property aspects relating to succession and restructuringLand registration and title investigationsWorking with the team on farm sales and purchases, development land, overage and easements, estate management and commercial leasesYou''ll work closely with highly regarded solicitors and partners, receive genuine support for progression, and become a familiar face to clients who value long-standing relationships.

About You

You may be a paralegal in a well-regarded rural or property team - ideally with:Strong practical experience handling land/property files in a rural/agricultural contextExcellent attention to detailA positive, proactive approach and clear communication styleExperience working with farming families, landed estates or private clients and supporting senior fee-earners on complex rural transactions will be a real asset
