The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining production efficiency, reducing paint defects, and ensuring products are finished to the highest possible standard. Key Responsibilities Prepare, spray paint, and polish components to meet quality and customer standards. Apply primer, base, and topcoats to achieve high-quality finishes. Operate paint booths and semi-automated paint lines while maintaining production targets. Inspect completed work, identify defects, and support quality improvements. Assist with rework activities to minimise waste and maintain delivery schedules. Train and support painters and trainees by sharing best practices and technical knowledge. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and productivity. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas to high housekeeping and safety standards.
