This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and develop a talented Paid Media team while managing a portfolio of high-profile ecommerce clients. You''ll combine people leadership with hands-on campaign management across Google Ads and Meta, driving commercial growth for ambitious online brands.

• Lead, mentor and develop the Paid Media team
• Manage strategic ecommerce client accounts
• Build and deliver paid media strategies across Google & Meta
• Stay hands-on with campaign optimisation and performance analysis
• Build strong client relationships and ensure exceptional results

• Agency-side Paid Media experience
• Experience managing or mentoring a Paid Media team
• Strong Google Ads, Shopping and Meta expertise
• Ecommerce and Google Merchant Center experience
• Commercial mindset with excellent client management skills
