About this role Sitting at the heart of our UK Marketing team, you will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of all brand media campaigns . You''ll co-own the annual strategy to deliver high-impact Above-The-Line (ATL) activities, aligning with performance and social teams to achieve business goals . Guided by our values to lead, deliver, and care, you will nurture talent and foster collaboration across global teams to build strong media partnerships . These are some of the key components to the position: Co-own the development of the annual media strategy alongside the Head of Media to support marketing and commercial targets . Lead quarterly media planning with agency partners, using data to deliver monthly plans aligned with business priorities . Oversee the execution of innovative Above-The-Line (ATL) media plans to meet campaign objectives . Evaluate campaign performance using Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) and incrementality testing to optimize future strategies .
