You’ll be supporting the planning, delivery and optimisation of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other key platforms. You’ll work closely with account managers and senior team members to ensure performance is maximised, insights are shared and opportunities for growth are identified.Your responsibilities

Building and managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok and moreMonitoring performance and providing actionable insights to optimise campaigns throughout their lifecycleSupporting strategy discussions with account managers and taking part in client calls and meetingsTaking ownership of the day-to-day performance of your campaigns and contributing to overall client successPotential to specialise in a specific channel or area of expertise to share back to the wider teamSupporting team-wide initiatives to improve processes and drive innovation across the paid media functionWhat We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is confident working in paid media platforms, excited by performance data, and motivated to grow in a collaborative environment. You’ll likely have experience working on campaigns independently, are highly organised and keen to develop your skills even further.The ideal candidate will have

Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads platformsUnderstanding of paid media strategy and performance metricsComfortable analysing data and making performance-driven decisionsStrong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at onceExcellent communication skills and a team-focused mindsetHunger to learn, grow and take on new challengesExperience with GA4, LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads is a bonusEnjoy the perks of working at Cubed!
