Senior Paediatric Nurse

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a
Senior Paediatric Nurse to join a well-established rehabilitation service in Surrey for children and young people with complex health needs.Based within one of the on-site houses, you’ll provide hands-on clinical care while supporting the HouseManager with day-to-day team leadership.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver and oversee complex care (e.g. tracheostomy, gastrostomy, ventilation)Support clinical supervision, appraisals, and rota managementAct as a key liaison for families and external professionalsCoordinate care to ensure access to education, therapy, and activitiesMaintain accurate, NMC-compliant clinical recordsRequirements:
NMC Registered Nurse (Children’s or Learning Disabilities preferred)Experience in paediatric complex care or SEND settingsConfident in leading shifts and mentoring care teamsHighly organised with strong interpersonal skillsCommitment to safeguarding and person-centred careWhat’s on Offer?
