We are seeking an experienced Senior PA to support a fantastic organisation on a 3-month temporary basis. Potential for this position to be extended dependant on business needs. The PA is responsible for providing outstanding and wide-ranging support to the CEO and PA team.

As the Senior PA, you will be responsible for:
- Act as a main point of contact for all enquiries, screening, directing and responding to correspondence for the CEO.
- Proactive diary management.
- Organising travel and accommodation for the CEO.
- Coordinating of meetings and events.
- Preparation of monthly reports.
- Typing, proof-reading and formatting of various documents.
The successful Senior PA will have the following related skills / experience:
- Strong PA / EA experience
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
