Senior Outcome Technology Delivery Manager, Data Services and Analytics (DSA)

Overview

Within DDaT, Data Services and Analytics (DSA) is one of the most advanced data analytics centres in Government, driving the Home Office’s transformation into a data-driven department. DSA designs, builds, and operates critical services that support the department’s mission. In this role, you’ll lead on business-critical data analysis, matching, and insight products used across the Home Office. Success depends on leveraging cutting-edge technologies to deliver secure, resilient, world-class solutions. You’ll coordinate across multiple delivery teams to achieve business outcomes, managing risks, dependencies, and ensuring delivery to cost and quality standards. Rather than being embedded in a single team, you’ll work across teams, applying flexible delivery methodologies tailored to each project’s needs. Your experience in technology and digital environments will help drive continuous improvement and maximise team performance. A key responsibility is implementing governance mechanisms that complement existing processes, ensuring effective oversight of cross-cutting deliveries.
