Senior Oracle EPM Cloud Planning Consultant

Overview
Version 1 is seeking a Senior Oracle EPM Cloud Planning Consultant to drive strategic cloud planning and budgeting transformations. The role focuses on Oracle EPM Planning (PBCS/EPBCS) implementations, delivery of driver-based planning solutions, and governance of client engagements within a fast-growing Oracle practice.Responsibilities
Lead flagship Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS/EPBCS) implementations end-to-end, from requirements gathering and design through build, integration, testing, and post-go-live support.Deliver business-critical planning solutions by working with finance teams on driver-based planning, workforce and CapEx planning, management reporting, and forecast cycles.Implement smart automations using Smart View, Data Management, Groovy rules, and EPM Automate; build forms, dashboards, and business rules for dynamic planning processes.Own client relationships: manage expectations, facilitate design workshops, deliver training, and guide clients through quarterly patch updates.Lead and participate in design workshops, training delivery, and ongoing support in a fast-paced cloud environment.What We’re Looking For / Qualifications
Strong Oracle Planning Cloud expertise with a minimum of two full lifecycle planning projects.Hands-on experience with model design, form creation, calculations, allocation logic, Smart View, and Data Management.Proven ability to design integrated planning solutions that connect to source ERP data and other EPM modules.Excellent communication skills and ability to work with finance stakeholders, run workshops, and produce clear documentation.Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple planning workstreams in a dynamic cloud environment.Desirable Experience
Accountancy qualification or financial background.Exposure to other EPM Cloud modules (e.g., FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, or Tax Reporting).Experience migrating from Hyperion Planning to Oracle Cloud Planning; familiarity with REST APIs and Groovy scripting.Experience working with Finance FPandA teams and business stakeholders; comfortable with Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and patch testing.Requirements
