Senior or Junior Managing Maintenance Surveyor

Apricus Resourcing are currently looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and adaptable Senior or Junior Housing Maintenance Surveyor for a leading Social Supported Housing Service for a minimum of 3 months but ideally for longer, based in DH1 Post Code Area of Durham City Centre, who is really passionate about providing a personal managing service. This role is working full time with standard hours 37.5 hours per week Monday Friday 9am-5pm. For the Senior Role: You ll provide predicable, reliable and consistent outcomes to customers, colleagues and stakeholders in the delivery of your work and through effective management of your team of Maintenance Surveyors. Supporting the management of contractors within your area of operation, you are responsible for contractor performance to our agreed standards and resolving issues or disputes arising from contractual works. You ll provide technical expertise and drive quality through surveying that enables us to meet our standards for repairs and deliver on our customer promise.
