Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead our Hampshire wine production facility in Crondall. This is a hands-on managerial role overseeing production, logistics, stock, health and safety and accreditation.

Key responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for the winery site, including production, stock management, logistics, and health & safety
• Responsibility for the day to day running of the facility
• Drive system improvements to enhance operational efficiency and maximise profit
• Oversee the day-to-day running of the Hampshire facility, including production planning and scheduling
• Ensure production targets and standards are met
• Lead and maintain SALSA and BRC accreditation standards
• Develop, implement and regularly update health and safety and risk assessments across all winery operations
• Manage the winery team

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in a production management setting (essential)
• Strong organisational and planning skills (essential)
• Knowledge of SALSA/BRC standards and health & safety regulations (desirable)

Salary: Competitive, dependant on experience

Location: Office based in Crondall, Hampshire

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm with additional hours during harvest season-

Reports to: Head Winemaker
