This is an end-to-end operations role covering import, export and cross-trade shipments worldwide, with responsibility for each file from booking through to completion and billing. The role You’ll manage full load and LCL shipments, keeping customers, overseas agents, carriers and suppliers informed throughout the process. You’ll oversee bookings from order placement to pre-alert and file closure, including costing and billing. Pricing and procurement are handled by a separate team, although you’ll also support these areas as needed.
