From optimising candidate journeys and onboarding processes to managing integrations, troubleshooting technical challenges and driving central HR excellence transformation projects, you''ll combine hands-on expertise with strategic influence to deliver solutions that make a real change.This is a full time, permanent opportunity with contracted hours of 40 per week. Working core hours of Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17.00 based in our Northampton Head Office with hybrid working, including EU travel.
