Senior Occupational Health AdvisorLocation: Southampton, with travel to local client sites as requiredSalary: £50,000 per annumHours: Full-time, fully in-personContract: PermanentAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Occupational Health Advisor to join a growing, close-knit clinical team based in Southampton.This is an excellent opportunity for an Occupational Health Advisor who enjoys a varied, hands-on role and building relationships with a diverse range of clients. Working from the head office and visiting client sites as required, you will deliver a comprehensive range of occupational health services, supporting employees and organisations with their health and wellbeing needs.The service works primarily with smaller organisations, typically employing around people. This provides an opportunity to develop strong client relationships, gain an understanding of individual workforce needs and deliver a personalised approach to occupational health.With a broad clinical remit and a combination of office-based clinical work and client site visits, no two days will be quite the same.
