Duties will include: Facilities management of the office, arranging events and coordinating staff socials PA duties to the Directors, diary management, absence and expense management Providing confidential and high-level executive assistance to the Directors Dealing with all building insurance, business rates and utility management Health and safety and HR administration Responsible for inventory of office supplies Assist and contribute to ongoing process improvements within the office The successful candidate will have previous EA/PA/office management experience.
