Ocean Import Coordinator - Witham - Up to 45,000An exciting opportunity to join a growing deep sea import team within a busy FCL department. This role is suited to a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a minimum of 10 years'' general freight forwarding experience, capable of managing shipments from start to finish.Working HoursMonday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pmBenefitsSalary: 35,000 - 45,000 (dependent on experience)Company pension schemePerformance-based bonusesLong service awards, including additional holiday entitlementDepartmental and company social eventsFree on-site parkingKey ResponsibilitiesArrange deep sea import bookingsLiaise with overseas offices and global partnersManage shipments end-to-end (start to finish)Process sales and purchase documentationProvide FCL quotations to UK clientsQuote and manage shipments for FBA (Amazon) clientsMaintain and update client bookings and pricing within shared systemsManage and develop key accountsRaise and process invoicesHandle direct client accounts and relationshipsResolve customer queries and complaints efficiently, in line with company proceduresRequirementsStrong knowledge of ocean/sea imports, including FCLExperience managing shipments from start to finishExperience working with overseas agents and partnersAbility to quote and price FCL shipmentsExperience managing key accounts and direct client relationshipsFamiliarity with FBA (Amazon) shipmentsStrong administrative and organisational skillsAbility to resolve ..... full job details .....
