Senior Ocean Import Coordinator

Then this could be the role for you.The Role: You will be responsible for managing shipments from start to finish. Predominantly import sea freight. You will be responsible for raising new job files, collating shipping documentation, claiming UCNs, classifying cargo to its correct HMRC tariff codes and completing Customs entries. You will then arrange final delivery, all the way through to invoicing the job out.Essential Criteria:Previous freight forwarding experienceFamiliar with shipping documentation such as Bills of LadingGood customer services skillsGood IT knowledgeDesirable Criteria:Transport experienceCustoms entry experienceAbout the Company: Our client is a well-established freight forwarder with offices across the UK.
