What you''ll be doing As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you''ll play a vital role in helping patients rebuild their independence, develop essential life skills and achieve meaningful progress. Combining clinical expertise with leadership, you''ll deliver personalised therapy while supporting your team to provide outstanding, person-centred care.You will also: Deliver specialist occupational therapy assessments and interventions tailored to individual patient needs. Develop, implement and review person-centred treatment plans that promote independence, daily functioning and meaningful recovery goals. Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, contributing to clinical assessments, care planning, risk management and decision-making. Provide clinical leadership, guidance and supervision to junior occupational therapists, students and the wider therapy team.
