Based in a stunning historical setting, this service offers slow stream rehabilitation and long-term care for individuals with a variety of neurological conditions.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced OT with a creative, person-centred approach and a desire to lead and inspire others.The Role As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will:Deliver person-centred assessments and interventions within a multidisciplinary frameworkDevelop therapeutic group programmes to meet diverse needsLead a small team of therapy assistants and activities coordinatorsWork with service users with a broad range of neurological conditionsGain valuable experience in specialist equipment provision and seatingReceive regular supervision, CPD support, and peer collaboration opportunities What You ll Need Degree or Diploma in Occupational TherapyHCPC registrationEvidence of CPD and professional developmentAbility to work independently and prioritise workloadsStrong leadership and team-building skillsDesirable: experience working in neurology, rehab, or a relevant clinical setting (including placements) What s in it for you?
