The Occupational Health and Wellbeing Service (OWH) functions as a multi-disciplinary team, committed to the training and development of its staff. Job Summary The purpose of this role is to ensure that the Service is responsive to the existing and emerging healthcare needs of the NICS and client bodies. This includes professional advice on a wide range of workplace health related issues, health promotion, health protection programmes and input to policy and procedure development. Main Duties Provide advice, guidance and supervision in the application of psychological assessment at work Apply psychological knowledge and experience to support the design, development and evaluation of employment, health related and other employability programmes. Utilise scientific research methods to inform evidence-based organisational decision making. Deliver organisational development solutions to help improve performance across the Department and wider NICS.
