Due to the impending retirement of our current postholder, we are seeking to appoint a qualified Senior Occupational Health Nurse Advisor to join our team. This role presents an excellent opportunity to contribute to the delivery and development of high-quality occupational health services, supporting the health and wellbeing of our people across the organisation. Position Overview: As a Senior Occupational Health Nurse Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the Occupational Health Unit Lead and the Force Medical Advisor in providing an occupational health service, promoting and maintaining the health and safety of our workforce. You will collaborate with employees, management, and stakeholders to implement effective occupational health programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and fostering a culture of well-being within the organisation. This full time opportunity provides a hybrid working arrangement, requiring a minimum of 60% on-site attendance each week.
