Senior Occupational Health Advisor

Our Client based in West London is looking for a Senior Occupational Health Advisor - Quality and Assurance to join their friendly and supportive Occupational Health team. The role is full time, Monday-Friday, up to 2 days working remotely per week. Salary between £58,133-£65,261 The Job Role Includes: Providing specialist Occupational Health advice to employees and managers Management referrals and case management Workplace health, rehabilitation and wellbeing advice Clinical audit, governance and quality improvement Supporting SEQOHS accreditation and maintaining clinical standards Developing and reviewing OH policies, procedures and clinical guidelines Supporting and mentoring junior OH colleagues Contributing to service development and continuous improvement Experience / Skills Required: NMC Registered Nurse Part 3 NMC Register - SCPHN 3+ years'' Occupational Health nursing experience 2+ years'' experience as an OH Team Leader, Mentor or Manager Experience in clinical governance, quality standards and audit Strong communication, leadership, influencing and interpersonal skills If you''re interested in this opportunity, please don''t hesitate to get in touch and we would be more than happy to provide further details and the full job description. ..... full job details .....
