Senior NPI / Commercialisation Manager

OverviewSenior NPI/Commercialisation Manager role at Curaleaf International. Lead big launches and shape global impact. Location: London, England or Alicante, Spain, hybrid (4 days per week in the local office). Hours: 40 per week, Monday – Friday.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end execution of new product introductions and commercialisation projects, focusing primarily on medical devices launches and managing a larger program of NPIs.

Oversee cross-functional projects, ensure regulatory compliance, gather commercial data, and drive successful launches across all markets.

Ensure on-time delivery, accurate scoping, and budget alignment.

Set strong KPIs and ensure these are delivered.

Develop and maintain project plans, stage-gate documentation, and stakeholder communications.

Oversee transfer of activities and responsibilities related to medical devices, both inter-company and with external partners.

Manage creation and approval of all technical documentation, including labeling and IFU creation and maintenance.

Collaborate with Supply Chain to support market access and commercial readiness planning.

Build out long-term commercialisation plans for a rolling 12 months.

Gather data from various sources to ensure accurate, timely reporting on necessary processes, including Post Launch In-Market Surveillance.

Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve conflicts, and escalate issues where necessary.

Requirements

Experience with launching Medical Devices, ideally into international markets, with knowledge of regulatory and legal controls.

Proven ability to manage full, long-term programmes autonomously and to strict deadlines.

Proficiency with project management tools.

Outstanding communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills to lead cross-functional projects.

Fluency in English (other European languages would be beneficial).

Willingness to travel internationally if required.
