You know how they behave under pressure both figuratively and literally. You ve taken ideas from a scribble in a notebook to full-scale production, and you didn t lose your mind doing it.This business needs someone like you. They ve got big customers with big expectations and a gap in their NPD team where a senior technologist should be.You ll be in the thick of it leading projects, fronting up in customer meetings, working cross-functionally with Technical, Production, Commercial, Supply Chain, and the usual suspects. If you don t like people or pressure, this isn t the gig for you.It s not a lab-only role. You ll be expected to know your way around the factory and the boardroom. You ll also be expected to keep things on time, on budget, and on spec. Without drama.Ideally, you ve got a degree in Food Science or something similar.
