This role of Senior NPD Technologist offers you the opportunity to gain further, end-to-end, hands-on experience across a dynamic and complex NPD-driven food business; as well as the opportunity to collaborate with leading UK retailers, and also, develop much-loved brands, working cross-functionally on NPD, EPD projects and briefs, spanning the full product development lifecycle from concept to launch. The key remit is to continuously develop and introduce new and improved products to meet strategic objectives of the business and deliver to meet, and even exceed, customers'' expectations. Main Purpose of the Job The principal requirements are to take ownership and accountability for the development and innovation of new products from concept to launch for both retailers and own brand. Lead the development of new and improved food products. Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing your expertise.
