Position OverviewWe’re looking for an accomplished

NPD Project Manager

to oversee the end-to-end delivery of innovation, productivity, and optimisation projects. You’ll manage a small team, working with commercial, supply chain, and operational stakeholders to ensure projects land on time, in full, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning and delivery of NPD, supply optimisation, and productivity projects from concept to launch.

Manage, coach, and develop a small team of project managers to achieve objectives and maintain high standards.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across multiple regions.

Monitor project performance, analyse data, and report on progress to inform decision-making.

Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues quickly to keep projects on track.

Champion process improvements and efficiencies to enhance delivery across the portfolio.

Contribute to the wider NPD strategy, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

About You

Proven experience managing complex projects within an FMCG or similar fast-paced environment.

Strong understanding of NPD processes and supply chain dynamics.

Skilled in stakeholder management, communication, and influencing across functions and regions.

Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SAP or similar).

A natural organiser with attention to detail, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset.

Experience leading and developing small teams.
