Senior Night Carer - Residential Care Home at TieTalent. This role focuses on delivering quality, person-centred care for residents in a Barchester care home.Responsibilities

Lead a team of care staff on night shifts, including training, supervision and delegating duties.Assist with administering and ordering medications.Review and update resident care plans and risk assessments.Liaise with GPs, district nursing teams and resident family members.Uphold residents’ dignity and preferences and contribute to a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment.About You / Qualifications
