Senior Night Care Worker - Part-Time

As a Senior Night Care Worker, you''ll help ensure residents feel safe, comfortable and supported throughout the night while providing leadership and guidance to colleagues. Your experience and professionalism will help maintain high standards of care and create a reassuring environment for residents and their families. What you will do Lead and coordinate care delivery during night shiftsSupport residents with personal care and overnight needsAdminister medication safely and accuratelyCarry out regular wellbeing and safety checksRespond to changing needs and emergency situationsSupport and mentor colleagues on shiftMaintain accurate records and ensure effective communication at handover About you You will have experience working in a care setting and a strong understanding of person-centred care. You''ll be organised, dependable and confident supporting colleagues while maintaining high standards of care and professionalism.You must hold an SVQ Level 3 in Social Services and Healthcare and be willing to work towards, or already hold, an SVQ Level 4 qualification.
