In this new role, you''ll develop and grow new referral and signposting pathways into Prostate Cancer UK''s services, working with NHS clinicians, Trusts and partner organisations to ensure more men and their loved ones get the right support at the right time. You''ll build strong relationships across healthcare, charities and local services, identifying opportunities to connect people with our support services and putting the right operational and governance arrangements in place to make these pathways successful and sustainable.
