Senior NHS Pathway Development Officer
£36,250 - £39,500 per year Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hours per week) Hybrid working with regular travel to our London Bridge Office What the job involves Help us make it easier for men affected by prostate cancer to access the support they need, when they need it most. In this new role, you''ll develop and grow new referral and signposting pathways into Prostate Cancer UK''s services, working with NHS clinicians, Trusts and partner organisations to ensure more men and their loved ones get the right support at the right time. You''ll build strong relationships across healthcare, charities and local services, identifying opportunities to connect people with our support services and putting the right operational and governance arrangements in place to make these pathways successful and sustainable. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you''ll test and improve innovative approaches, using data and insight to understand what works best. You''ll play a key role in shaping future service delivery, ensuring our support reaches more people who need it.
