About the role As a Senior New Homes Executive, you will take the lead for all sales and lettings activity within your allocated region-ensuring homes are let or sold swiftly, sustainably, and with an unwavering focus on customer satisfaction. Your work will underpin Stonewater''s commitment to providing high-quality homes, offering a seamless customer journey. You will also play a crucial part in shaping future developments through insightful market intelligence and reporting. This role interacts closely with Development, Customer Experience, and a wide range of external partners such as solicitors, local authorities, and agents-making relationship building a key part of your success.
